Please Note that as of this year all riders planning to race at ECA events that are sanctioned by EXCA must have an EXCA membership (Cost is $45 USD). Since all riders will be required to be EXCA members this year there will be no extra cost to submit points for EXCA tracking, however race fees are being increased by $7.50 per division to account for added EXCA administrative fees this year. We present our EXCA SANCTIONED RACE

This race will not count towards points for the High Points ECA award.

This race will count to qualify for ECA Finals and toward Season Champion.

2pm START ON FRIDAY at the LEDUC RECREATION CENTRE

Some pens are available at the Centre at no charge. Please let us know how many you need for what night. Camping is available, no hook ups.

Divisions are as follows, and will be run in the following order on race day:

Young Guns (7-11 years old)
Intermediate
Non-Pro
Youth (12-17 years old)
Green Horse
Ride Smart (over 55 years old)
Novice
Local Riders
Beginner Youth
Pro

A Local Riders class will be available. Cost is $50 and this includes a Greenhorn membership to ECA. This class is intended for those new as a way to try out the sport. You will not require an EXCA membership for this class. Entry to this class will be approved by the organizing committee. Riders can enter in more than one division, and ride more than one horse.

Prices per ride, based on division, are as follows:

Green Horse - $60.00
Young Guns/Youth - $47.50
Novice/Intermediate/Ride Smart/Non-Pro/Pro - $67.50
Beginner Youth - $40.00

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 10:00PM ON THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE EVENT; LATE ENTRIES WILL REQUIRE ENTRY FEE CASH IN HAND, PLUS A $10 LATE FEE AND 2 DIRECTORS' APPROVAL
